Biography
In my teens, I found words frustratingly inadequate, always one step behind my thoughts and emotions. That gap nudged me toward images. I remember picking up a camera to make a documentary on my grandmother鈥檚 childhood for her 80th birthday. What began as a curiosity for documentaries gradually stretched into a love for narrative cinema.
From Penang, I wandered across oceans for education in Perth and London, then entered the Indian film industry in Chennai, moving between commercials and feature sets. Eventually, I drifted back to KL, where I now try to breathe life into memories and stories buried beneath the mundane.
